Huis Rentals has a consistent policy of maintaining your property. The reasons for this are:
- Overall Rental Yield rises when the property is maintained.
- Quality of Tenant rises when the property is maintained.
- Should your property need to sell quickly, you have only to make cosmetic finishes to be ready for sale.
- You have less chance of being sued for any injuries or more realistically, avoid any potentially costly QCAT tribunal.
Huis Rentals uses a $300 maximum limit to do general maintenance on your home. The reason for this is, under $300 tradespeople generally don’t quote, or if they do they can charge within a range of $90 – $150 to do so. As a result, Huis Rentals engages a trusted group of quality tradespeople that we have hand-picked over the years. These tradespeople provide quality work at reasonable prices. For larger jobs, Huis Rentals has access to a number of quality roofers, builders, fencers, garage door professionals and a range of other trades-people that can be counted on to perform quality workmanship at fair prices. In such cases, we will discuss with you whether you would like us to arrange these quotes or if you prefer, we will introduce them to you to so that you can negotiate directly with them yourself.
